Refugee Development Centre (RDeC) , a community development project proposed by Islamic Relief Malaysia (IRM), aims to elevate the living standards of refugees in Malaysia by providing necessary vocational skills classes to enable them to get better jobs and payments. The selection of refugees under this programme shall be assessed on their needs to enable them to attend classes and groomed by the implementing team at the same time.
