Every child deserves the best start in life: a happy home, a safe place to play, and access to quality education, medical care, and nutrition.
1 in 5 children worldwide are living in extreme poverty, many of the simple necessities of life are beyond their reach. Instead, their life is incredibly challenging, they face the risk of illiteracy, disease, child labor, lifelong poverty, and early death.
Many children live in refugee camps having uprooted from their homes, and others still live in war zones where they suffer from wounds and trauma.
Islamic Relief has been supporting orphaned children and vulnerable families affected by conflict, poverty and other humanitarian challenges for more than years.
Through our global Orphan Sponsorship Programme, we provide long-term support to more than 85,000 orphaned children in countries around the world. This support can include access to education, food and essential household needs, healthcare, shelter and other assistance based on the needs of each child and their family.
This year, through MyYateem Sponsorship, Islamic Relief Malaysia aims to ensure that 5,000 orphaned children across more than 10 countries receive sponsorship and continued support. This includes children in Palestine, Jordan (Palestinian refugees), Somalia and Sudan, among other countries where children are facing poverty, conflict and humanitarian crises.
For just RM350 a month, you can sponsor an orphaned child and help provide essential support such as education, food, shelter and medical care. Your sponsorship can help ease the challenges faced by children and their families, while giving them greater opportunities to learn, grow and build a better future with dignity.

Bantuan MyYateem Sponsorship
Through MyYateem Sponsorship, each sponsored orphan receives monthly financial assistance to help them and their families meet their educational needs, including school fees, books and learning materials.
The sponsorship funds also help cover essential needs such as food, clothing and daily necessities, as well as access to healthcare, improvements to living conditions, and additional nutritional support such as vitamins and supplements based on individual needs.
Throughout 2025, 125 orphaned children received sponsorship through MyYateem Sponsorship across 19 countries, including Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Jordan, Afghanistan and Indonesia. In 2026, 127 orphaned children are currently receiving sponsorship and continued support.
